POWER Library’s E-Resources include thousands of magazine and journal articles, newspapers, photographs, pictures, charts, maps, and reference materials for people of all ages. Many of these resources would not otherwise be available via the web.
Commonwealth Libraries has purchased subscriptions to these resources to provide Pennsylvanians with easy access to what they want to know when they want to know it. As a Pennsylvanian, you enjoy 24/7 access simply by using your local library card or registering for an e-card.
Libby is a free app where you can enjoy ebooks, digital audiobooks, and magazines from your public library. You can stream titles with Wi-Fi or mobile data, or download them for offline use and read anytime, anywhere. All you need to get started is a library card.

Craftsy is your online resource for all creative makers, where you can find everything you need – from basic instruction to advanced techniques.
Freegal Music is a digital music service that provides library card holders with access to millions of songs for streaming and downloading. It is a free, ad-free service where you can stream unlimited music and download a certain number of songs each week, which you can then keep forever. To use it, you log in with your library card number and PIN from your local public library's website or the mobile app.
